Warranty

Full manufacturers warranties are passed on to the end user starting from the date purchased from us and/or the date of commissioning. All warranty claims will be honoured with a full initial assessment of the item either on-site or at our facility and serviced where possible by our qualified technicians. Equipment that can not be repaired by us will be forwarded to the manufacturer for further investigation and repair or replacement where applicable.

The majority of products are covered by a 1 year warranty. Certain products have extended warranty periods. Please check the individual product websites and data sheets for appropriate warranty information.

Privacy Policy

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.
